About Digital Brain
Digital Brain is the technology and AI arm of the BL Group (Bajada Lyons Group), a Malta-based group of companies spanning energy, technology, care, hospitality and real estate. We build and sell SaaS products and AI-enabled services to commercial clients, and we are scaling fast.
This is a front-line revenue role for someone who likes to sell, close and grow accounts — with the backing of a coordinated sales team and a central group commercial function.
The role
As Sales Executive you own a personal pipeline and number. You run the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to close, including face-to-face meetings at client premises — for Digital Brain's SaaS and AI solutions, and you keep your clients growing after the first sale.
What you'll do
• Generate, qualify and close new business in line with agreed targets
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
• Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified personal pipeline
• Present and demo Digital Brain's products and services to prospects
• Meet clients face to face at their premises across Malta, alongside remote meetings
• Develop client relationships and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
• Keep CRM records accurate and provide reliable activity and forecast reporting
• Work with the Sales Coordinator on quotes, proposals and follow-ups
• Represent Digital Brain at client meetings and industry events
What you'll bring
• B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, SaaS or AI solutions
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-starter mindset with solid CRM and pipeline discipline
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling business
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Malta
• Knowledge of the Malta / EU market an advantage
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
