Our client, a leading company for some of the world’s foremost luxury brands, is looking into recruiting a Sales Executive to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:  

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and receives personalized attention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, including features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
  • Ensure the shop is visually appealing, adheres to brand guidelines, and coordinate with the visual merchandising team to implement store layouts and displays.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and sales reports, while assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
  • Embody the luxury brand's philosophy and maintain its standards in all interactions.
  • Uphold the brand's image by presenting oneself in a professional and polished manner.

WORKING HOURS : ON A ROSTER BASIS SHIFT

MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00 - 20:00

SATURDAYS 10:00 - 14:00

Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-spoken and presentable
  • A passion for the luxury world
Education and Experience
  • Experience as a sales executive or relevant role will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English verbal and written
