Sales Executive

Vibe FM in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the dynamic world of radio and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies
• Understand clients’ marketing objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and create innovative proposals for clients
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns
• Provide clients with updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities
• Use market research to identify new revenue opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
• Negotiate advertising contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and contracts
• Work closely with our accounts department to ensure payment terms are being honoured. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Maltese are a must
• Must have own transport
• Previous knowledge of Radio and Digital media advertising is considered an asset.
