Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring sales channels (Whatsapp, social media, platforms) for new incoming leads and engaging these leads, qualifying them and forwarding them to the correct distribution partners or taking care of the deal yourself
• Maintaining a close relationship with the clients you managed to get on board and work closely with Logistics until order is successfully delivered
• Alignment with logistics and account management team to make sure your promises are being fulfilled as expected
•  Administering all your activities in the CRM environment
•  Maintaining workflows (email templates, onboarding flows, etc.) to automate your work so you can focus on new initiatives and strengthen our service
• Strong focus on ‘activation’ of new countries to expand business
• Achieving KPIs and completing necessary sales reports as required

Travelling twice a month is a must for this position but candidates must be based in Malta - All expenses fully paid

• Strong sales & negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and show/take ownership;
• Highly organised both with time management and planning;
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Must be willing to travel

• Sales experience is a must
