Sales & Design Representative (Maltese Speaking)

Creations The Ultimate In Bathroom Elegance Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales & Design Representative (Maltese Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis. 

*Candidates applying must be fluent in Maltese and English. 

Job Role: 
The ideal candidate shall be responsible to understand clients’ requirements, guide them towards workable solutions within their expected budgets and subsequently issue quotations as required in a timely manner. The role shall require flexibility between attending clients at the office, setting up and visiting clients at their premises, and responding to commercial and technical requests from the office.

Main Duties:

• Attend to sales inquiries from walk-in customers at head office; through e-mails, telephone, and any other formal request for quotations;
• Attend to site visits and carry out site surveys as may be necessary;
• Recommend the right solutions/products to satisfy the customer requirements whilst maintaining the Company quality standards;
• Perform follow-ups whilst utilizing closing skills/techniques;
• Co-operate with the technical team and share information across the organization by using the right communication flows.
• Apply good and well-mannered communication skills with clients, colleagues, and superiors.
• Comprehend customer requirements, provide high-quality service and customer support during site visits.
• Act as the company’s internal contact point for the customer during the inquiry and bidding processes;
• Interpret concept drawings and present design concepts to clients and other interested stakeholders;
• Review eventual works contracts and purchase orders for correctness and comprehensiveness;
• Follow-up payments of deposits with clients for confirmed orders/works;
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
• Any other duties may be necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in the service or sales field;
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and Maltese;
• Possess a valid driving license.

Creations are importers, wholesalers, retailers, turnkey contractors and commission agents for tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom furniture, chrome accessories, showers, swimming pool equipment, home and office furniture, seating etc. All products are exclusively imported from highly reputable firms. The company has its own showrooms situated in Attard which is 1600 sq.m spread over 4 floors. Latest display technology employed to display a vast range of products.
