Our client, specialising in Natural Stone products, are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team, both in B2B and B2C. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Be the first point of contact for clients
Liaising internally with different departments as needed.
Understanding client's needs and issuing quotes accordingly - up-selling and cross-selling.
Generating new leads.
Manage client relationships while providing excellent customer service and after sales assistance.
Ensuring a smooth client journey by setting appointments and coordinating installations.
Achieving realistic targets.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 09:00 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00
An element of flexibility where needed.
Skill-sets and Requirements
An opportunity seeker with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Self disciplined and able to work under minimal supervision.
Having both Maltese and English good communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
Knowledge of XERO will be considered an asset.
Currently based in Malta.
Valid driving licence is a must for B2B.
Education & Experience
Previous Sales experience will be considered as an advantage.
Experience in a similar industry will be considered an asset.
