Tettiera in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales & Brand Merchandising Representative to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Brand Merchandising Representative to develop sales leads, maintain and manage our growing customer base, and execute brand merchandising projects at points of sale and events.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a ‘Let’s do it’ attitude, a flexible mindset, and excellent communication skills, who thrives in a small, dynamic team. Embracing technology, the ideal candidate must be ready to adopt and learn to play with our tech solutions to maintain our efficient operations. Don’t worry! Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Leads:
    • Focus on generating sales leads and opportunities to recruit clients in various channels based on the brands’ strategic direction
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
  • Brand Merchandising:
    • Merchandise retail & HORECA outlets together with the brand’s own Shop-in-Shops to ensure that the company’s products are displayed in line with brand guidelines
    • Ensure products are replenished on a timely basis.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Coordinate with colleagues in operations and finance process and close off sales transactions and payments
    • Provide operational & sales support to the Managing Director as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving license
  • Fluent in English & Maltese (not mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the HORECA sector in FMCG will be considered a key asset
  • Education: O-Levels and/or A-Levels. MFQ Level 5 upwards qualification in Marketing and/or Sales will be considered a key asset
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Woo Commerce and cloud solutions would be considered an asset
  • Food Handlers Licence (guidance will be provided if not already in possession)
  • Must be a Maltese EU citizen
  • Ongoing product training and operational sales & merchandising training will be provided.
