We are looking for Sales Administrators to support our client's team. The ideal candidate would have worked in the Promotional / Corporate gifts Industry and/or the Marketing industry.
 
 
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client specialises in trading promotional items and corporate gifts and is located in Mosta, Malta.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help customers find items on the website.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Sending quotes to clients and following up on said quotes.
  • Manage phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Promotional / Corporate gifts Industry and/or the Marketing industry.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and self-motivated.
  • Positive attitude.
 
EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
 
WORKING TIME
Monday to Thursday, 08.30 till 17:15 and Friday, 08.30 till 16.00.
