We are looking for Sales Administrators to support our client's team. The ideal candidate would have worked in the Promotional / Corporate gifts Industry and/or the Marketing industry.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client specialises in trading promotional items and corporate gifts and is located in Mosta, Malta.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help customers find items on the website.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Sending quotes to clients and following up on said quotes.
Manage phone calls and email correspondence.
Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.
Follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 2 years of work experience in Promotional / Corporate gifts Industry and/or the Marketing industry.
Good computer skills required.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and self-motivated.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Monday to Thursday, 08.30 till 17:15 and Friday, 08.30 till 16.00.
