Aftersales Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Aftersales Coordinator to support our aftersales team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role involves coordinating service requests, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate aftersales service visits and maintenance tasks
- Handle customer inquiries, warranty claims, and service follow-ups
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Assist in ordering and tracking spare parts and replacements
- Work closely with technicians and the aftersales manager to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or aftersales support, preferably in ELV or related industries
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.
