Outdoor Sales Coordinator (Reliever)

Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Retail Department's Small & Medium section. The role involves providing sales route coverage when required, coordinating daily sales activities, supporting sales performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service, merchandising, and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cover for Sales Representatives during absences and peak periods.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure efficient route coverage.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve product visibility, and maximise revenue.
• Monitor stock levels and support effective merchandising standards.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Conduct regular retail visits to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support route planning, new product launches and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid local driving licence.
• Fluency in Maltese & English.
• Previous experience in FMCG sales, merchandising, retail sales, or a similar role.
• Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
