Our Client, a forward-thinking fintech company dedicated to promoting financial inclusion, are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Business Development Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchant partners and you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by building strong relationships with merchants and expanding our network.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and research potential merchant partners in the Fintech industry
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new merchant partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential merchant partners
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with merchant partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchant partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Fintech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new merchant partners and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Be able to communicate in Business level English
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
