Medical Sales Specialist

Europharma Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Medical Sales Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Europharma is dedicated to providing innovative healthcare solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Specialist to join our team on a 20-hour part-time contract basis, focusing on promoting our healthcare products in both tender and private markets.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Product Promotion: Engage stakeholders to drive demand for healthcare products and develop tailored value-added offers with suppliers, both in the tender and private market. S/he will conduct daily visits to hospitals and clinics, understanding client needs and promoting our products
• Sales Operations: Conduct product demonstrations for key medical equipment and devise strategies to enhance sales and launch new products
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns and manage the Medical Centre's online presence
• Visual Merchandising: Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to boost sales and optimise the placement of promotional materials
• Customer Care: Ensure high customer satisfaction by monitoring service processes, addressing complaints, and training staff to promote products effectively
• Stock Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, monitoring expiry dates, and reducing waste.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences
• Proven experience in medical sales or a related field
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
