Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's portfolio of medicines, developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the achievement of business objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and present the company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations, meetings, and educational activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving licence.
