What You'll Do:
Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for our key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the Aggregation services provided
Strategic Account Planning:
  • Develop long-term strategies and business plans to meet client objectives and foster growth. Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing business and cross-sell new services
Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of client projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget. Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Product, Legal, Compliance, Integration, etc) to ensure smooth project flow
Client Communication & Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and present reports that detail account performance, project progress, and upcoming initiatives
Issue Resolution:
  • Quickly identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring a positive client experience. Act as a problem solver and provide solutions in a timely manner
Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts and work to close sales. Partnered with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and provide insights on client needs
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations
Client Retention & Growth:
  • Drive client retention strategies, working to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve services.

What We're Looking For
Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales, preferably in iGaming B2B
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and delivering results
  • Experience in handling high-value clients or large accounts.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with the possibility of remote work, depending on company policies

Compensation:
  • Competitive salary based on experience, with performance bonuses and benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
