Good Earth is bringing Beyond Oil to Malta, a patented food-tech product that extends the life of frying oil in commercial kitchens, delivering measurable cost savings and a significantly reduced environmental footprint. As we launch this product into Malta's HORECA sector, we are looking for a driven, credible field professional to lead sales and on-site implementation across the island.

The Role

This is a field-based, client-facing position reporting to the Catering Sales Manager. You will be responsible for building a client base across Malta's hotels, restaurants, takeaways and kiosks and other catering operations, from first contact through to successful product adoption. Beyond closing sales, you will work directly alongside kitchen teams to ensure Beyond Oil is implemented correctly and delivering real, visible results for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients across Malta's HORECA sector
  • Present Beyond Oil's cost and sustainability case to key decision-makers within catering establishments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract sign-off
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and close new business
  • Support newly onboarded clients on-site, training kitchen staff on correct product usage and filtration protocols
  • Monitor oil quality metrics to demonstrate ROI directly to kitchen management
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in commercial kitchens, HORECA sales, or a combination of both
  • A demonstrable track record in field sales or account management, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or related sectors
  • Confidence and credibility in a back-of-house environment, with the ability to engage effectively with kitchen teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present compellingly to senior decision-makers and operational staff alike
  • A self-motivated and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage a non-traditional schedule independently
  • Professional fluency in English is essential; fluency in Maltese is a strong advantage
  • A clean and valid driving licence.

Working Hours

The position is structured around morning and evening shifts to align with commercial kitchen cycles, early morning site visits before service begins, and evening visits during and after closing shifts. We are open to recruiting a full-time candidate to cover both shifts, or two part-time candidates to cover the morning and evening shifts respectively, should that prove the stronger fit.
