Our client is an esteemed company in Malta. They are seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead the company's projected growth strategy
The Role
- You will report directly into the directors
- You bring formal sales training, structure, and expertise to the company's sales and marketing efforts
- You will give strategic vision to both marketing and sales
- You will give structured processes, adopt the Challenger Sales Model, and lead branding, integrated marketing campaigns, and content creation
- You will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing sales team
- You will ensure consistent messaging, conduct market research, and use data analytics to drive growth
- You will have a proven track record in Sales & Marketing
- You will be both strategic and operational
- Have excellent communication skills
- You will have the ability to inspire teams
- Preferably have experience in professional services industry
- Have the ability to motivate the team to reach/exceed sales targets
- Preferably have tertiary level of education
