Camilleri Group Of Companies in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Fashion Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
*Candidates considered for this role must be living in Malta and have a good level of English.
Job Role:
The Retail Fashion Store Manager position involves taking responsibility for the successful running of a store. Working on the shop floor, retail managers are in constant contact with their customers and other staff. They are responsible for ensuring customer service, as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store, visual layout and display.
Skill Requirements
To become a successful clothing store manager, one must possess the following skills:
- Good Organizational Management
- Teamwork
- Communication
- Motivational and leadership skills as well as ability to work effectively under pressure
- Computer literate.
- Candidates applying must have experience in a similar role
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the fashion industry
