Export Sales Support & Amazon Vendor Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Malta.

This is a hands-on operational role, focused on:

• Export order management
• B2B customer coordination
• After-sales support
• Amazon Vendor operations

You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily execution across international markets.

What you’ll do

• Export Order Management
• Process customer orders in ERP (Navision)
• Check availability and propose alternatives
• Coordinate logistics and shipments
• Manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Ensure payment conditions are respected

B2B Customer Support & After-Sales

• Act as main operational contact for international distributors and retailers (B2B)
• Manage daily communication via email (mainly in English)
• Provide updates on orders, availability, and shipments
• Handle claims, issues, and product-related requests
• Use internal support tools and platforms to manage customer service activities efficiently
• Ensure fast and professional handling of requests and complaints

Amazon Vendor Management

• Manage orders via Vendor Central
• Handle chargebacks, shortages, and disputes
• Manage claims and returns
• Monitor performance and resolve issues

What we’re looking for

Experience

• Previous experience in B2B customer service / back-office / operational roles
• Experience in export processes is a plus
• Amazon Vendor Central experience is a strong plus

Skills

• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset
• Professional communication with international B2B clients

Technical

• Good Excel skills
• ERP experience (Navision is a plus)

Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Italian is a plus

• Full-time, on-site (Malta)
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 09:00–13:00 / 14:00–18:00
