Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives within the Energy division, focusing on distributed energy solutions such as battery storage, CHP systems, and energy efficiency technologies;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and public sector clients;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market presence and sales territories;
  • Advise clients on suitable technical solutions tailored to their operational and energy requirements;
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients;
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close profitable deals in line with company targets;
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives and performance KPIs;
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive positioning;
  • Represent the company at seminars, trade exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM system;
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and knowledge sharing;
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Experience
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors;
  • Strong understanding of distributed energy systems, such as battery storage and CHP solutions, will be considered an asset;
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field will be considered advantageous;
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools;
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Confident in explaining technical concepts in a clear and client-focused manner;
