Customer Service Representative

Vivendo Group in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Are you an empathetic listener? Do you get a kick out of delighting customers? Do you have the customer’s needs at heart?  Then we are looking for someone just like you to join our Customer Service teams at Krea and Poltronesofa! 

At Vivendo we take pride in creating spaces that not only look good but feel good to the people using that space. Through our brands – Vivendo, Krea, Poltronesofa, and Technogym, we offer to furnish and finishing solutions to customers within the home, offices, hospitality, and gym environments.  You will be part of a team that dedicates most of its time to supporting the client, be it through telephone enquiries, scheduling of appointments, handling service issues, and collaborating with other departments.

Who are we looking for? 

• You love making customers happy!  
• You are a quick learner and can tackle multiple issues simultaneously successfully. 
• You enjoy collaborating with others, even outside your team. 
• You do not shy away from making a decision. 
• You are fluent in English and Maltese. 
• You have previous experience in a customer service related role, and if not, you are open to learning and willing to do what it takes to give exceptional customer service 
• You are available to work showroom hours including Saturday mornings.
