Job Description
Arkadia Foodstores Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit Cashiers to join their team on a full-time and part-time basis.  This vacancy is open for their Foodstores in Portomaso. The selected candidates will report to the Foodstore Manager and will be responsible to carry out professional cashiering at the Foodstore.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the cash data.
• Ensuring the cash register is secured at all times.
• Maintaining accuracy in the receiving and dispensing of cash, ensuring cheques, credit cards and other non-cash transactions are handled according to Company policy and procedures.
• Physically replenishing goods on display.
• Maintaining high-quality customer interaction.
• Promoting loyalty schemes and any other ongoing offers.
• Being a team player and assisting colleagues where needed.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Be able to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Possess a Food Handling License
