We are looking for a driven individual, with killer sales skills, looking to boost their career within the Business environment. You will be part of the GO Business Team, which strives to go above and beyond for its' business clients.

A key part of the Business Sales Executive role, will be growing the GO Business portfolio by identifying new business leads. Possessing a flair for sales, being results orientated and having super communication skills will help you thrive in this position.   • Experience working in Sales;
  • A good command of both the English and Maltese language (both written and spoken);
  • Focus on excellent customer care and motivated by customer service; this motivation should be evident in your attitudes, values, behaviours and personality;
  • Proficiency in the use of standard Office Automation tools; and
  • A valid Driving License.

Here’s how you can hit a few plus points for this position:​

  • Preferably have an A level standard of education or equivalent;
  • Preferably have a number of years of experience working with business customers; and
  • Have a good understanding of the fixed line, broadband, TV and mobile markets, the services offered by the Group and should be skilled at discussing these services and identifying customer needs for them.

If this describes you than this is a glimpse of what you will be doing:

  • Identifying and opening new business leads both in terms of new SOHO and SME customers, as well as new revenue streams;
  • Planning calls and organising one to one meetings to promote and motivate customers to buy from the company’s portfolio of services across the 4Ps;
  • Drafting and organising presentations for prospects;
  • Negotiating, following up leads and closing deals;
  • Gathering and filtering feedback on our competitors’ activities and sales offers;
  • Ensure that all sales matters originating from both clients, Managers and Senior Managers are communicated and dealt with in a satisfactory matter;
  • Ensure that all relevant Company processes and procedures and a high level of Client and Company confidentiality are strictly adhered to at all times;
  • Maintain an excellent rapport with all our clients;
  • Participate in industry functions as and when necessary;
  • Be an effective team player, focusing on creating new ideas with the aim of improving the general effectiveness of the Business Sales Channel as a whole, in particular ensuring that all sales opportunities are exploited to the full in the best interest of the company and clients alike;
  • Pro-actively assist with the various functions of the Manager and Senior Manager in the full execution of their duties within the Channel;
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the Company’s sales management systems;
  • Submit weekly reports, accurate data and feedback in a timely manner as requested by management;
  • Give feedback to management about prospective market and product development;
  • Performing cashing duties efficiently; and
  • Ensure that you are suitably attired during the execution of your function as per Company dress code.
