• Team Management:
• Lead, manage, and support a team of at least 10 real estate agents.
• Provide mentorship, motivation, and training to ensure team success.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee and manage daily office operations efficiently.
• Handle all accounting and reporting requirements for the branch, ensuring timely submission to head office.
• Client Services:
• Work actively on your own client portfolio to drive sales and rentals.
• Provide full support to team members by assisting with their client queries and transactions.
• Leadership Duties:
• Attend managers' meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leading by example even in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to Results:
• Ensure promises made to clients and team members are delivered.
• Be available Monday to Saturday to meet operational and client needs.

• Proven management experience in a professional environment (real estate experience is a significant advantage).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be legally able to work in Malta without assistance.
