Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
▪ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
▪ Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
▪ Analyse market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion.
▪ Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
▪ Create and manage a comprehensive business development plan.
Marketing Strategy:
▪ Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
▪ Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
▪ Analyse consumer trends and market data to refine marketing initiatives.
▪ Oversee the development of marketing materials and content.
▪ Manage the marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Product Development:
▪ Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new dairy products and optimize existing ones.
▪ Monitor and respond to customer feedback and market demands.
Team Leadership:
▪ Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
▪ Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
▪ Set performance goals and regularly assess team members' progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
▪ MQF Level 6 in a related field and/or 5 years experience in a Leadership role in a relatable field.
▪ Ability to think strategically and develop plans to achieve business objectives.
▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, clients, and partners.
▪ Proven leadership and team management skills.
▪ Ability to analyse market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
▪ Strong negotiation skills for successful deal-making and partnership development.
▪ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
▪ A focus on achieving measurable results and meeting targets.
