PsyPotential Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their team on a part-time basis.

Overview:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, driven Sales Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving our growth journey.

This role can be a part-time role of 25-30 hours per week.

We are flexible and hybrid working (working from home and going to client sites for meetings). We would expect the chosen candidate to be residing in Malta.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted and diverse interventions including but not limited to networking, selective cold calling, organising and/or attending industry events, creating thought leadership content that resonates with PsyPotential’s ethos of leadership transformation and corporate wellness like writing targeted articles. Etc.
  • Lead client meetings to identify clients’ needs, craft customized proposals and follow-up on these to kick off meaningful, long-term partnerships
  • Manage client relationships by establishing rapport with new and existing clients, particularly those with varying levels of engagement. Maintain and nurture relationships across different stages within the client lifecycle
  • Formulate and implement a business development strategy and drive growth by expanding a targeted client base in line with our company purpose, business strategy and revenue forecasts
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to introduce new services, attract new clients and more
  • Gain a deep understanding of our business ethos, service lines and become aware of our main competitors
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, tap into market trends, and competitive landscapes, analyse this data to provide strategic insights to the team and prompt optimizing our service portfolio
  • Forecast sales, track performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports on sales, pipeline, and client interactions against targets for our management
  • Gather client feedback on our service delivery and maintain an ongoing relationship with other clients.

Attributes and Skills you will need:

  • Proven track record of success of at least 2 years within a business development or sales environment
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business plans based on data driven insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field would be considered as a plus
  • Strong communication skills and outgoing personality, with the ability to network, build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Ability to articulate clearly in English and liaise effectively with staff, managers and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation (proficiency in Maltese considered helpful but not necessary)
  • Excellent attention to detail and for keeping databases, reports and scheduling organised and on track
  • Eager to learn and to take initiative in a remote-first set-up
  • Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills
  • Professional maturity demonstrating discretion, a sense of integrity and maintaining confidentiality
  • Able to demonstrate strong proficiency with Sales database/CRMS as well as a good knowledge of all MS applications
  • An interest in training and development, psychology, finance, IT and systems would be helpful.
