Our client is a company operating within the fashion and retail supply chain.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and follow-up activities;
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to secure long-term and profitable partnerships;
  • Deliver tailored product presentations that clearly communicate value and differentiation;
  • Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to position products effectively;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM/ERP systems;
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline status, and key performance indicators to ensure consistent growth;
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture by sharing ideas, solving challenges, and supporting continuous improvement;
  • Work independently with accountability while collaborating effectively with internal teams;
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge in line with business and market needs.
Experience
  • Previous experience as a Sales professional, Buyer, or in a similar commercial role;
  • Proven experience in B2B sales is essential;
  • Experience within the fashion industry is required;
  • Experience within the off-price sector is required;
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian and/or Russian/Ukrainian will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to support decision-making;
