Overview:
Employed PAYE Contract through Malta-registered Business Osteopathic Solutions Ltd with €25,000 Basic Salary
With Sales Target met commission of €10,000 in first 12 months
With higher success in the role, a total salary (including commission) of €40,000 is achievable in the first 12 months
Based at the Malta office
Daily weekday hours of 9 am - 6 pm
Throughout the entirety of the role the B2B is required to telephone (warm) calling of UK, Ireland and Malta Businesses speaking to Health & Safety, Learning & Development, and HR Professionals marketing Osteopathic Solutions Ltd's Manual Handling Digital Training Products, Training & Occupational Health Consultancy Services
A key part of the role is Social Media including LinkedIn and Twitter as well as Email Marketing Campaigns
Goldmine CRM Database used daily
Every 3 months involves 1 day of observing our Osteopaths and Physiotherapists in the UK, Ireland or Malta delivering Training Courses gathering content for Social Media and in order to write Case Studies for the website
Reporting to Directors Gareth Milner and Emma Farrell
With 18 months of experience, there is the opportunity for a Sales Manager role, training and managing future B2B Sales Consultants, with higher remuneration & a company car.
