What You'll Do:
Client Support:

  • Served as a point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with services/products
Project Assistance:
  • Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Support in the preparation of project deliverables, reports, and status updates
Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide administrative support to senior account managers, including scheduling meetings, organizing client presentations, maintaining account records, and tracking project milestones
Client Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance reviews. Help track KPIs and deliverables to ensure all client needs are being met
Sales Support:
  • Support the sales team by identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within current accounts. Helped with the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business opportunities
Problem Resolution:
  • Address issues and challenges that may arise with clients, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and escalating to senior team members when necessary
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, including product teams and delivery teams, to ensure smooth delivery of services and align internal resources with client expectations
Learning & Development:
  • Takes initiative in developing an understanding of clients’ industries, business needs, and internal processes. Participate in training and professional development activities to build skills in account management and project execution.

What We're Looking For
Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Experience in iGaming B2B is a plus but not required
  • Spanish speaker – Native or bilingual proficiency

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with the possibility of remote work for a month
