Our client is looking for a Training and Quality Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities
Support the training department with tasks such as researching training modules, coordinating both local and overseas training, and arranging travel plans
Monitor and maintain the learning records of employees, ensuring they are always up to date
Assist in maintaining the company’s standards in line with ISO and franchise requirements
Conduct internal audits as needed
Design methods for data collection, analyze the results and communicate findings with management and franchises
Handle customer communication, manage feedback processes such as satisfaction surveys, and address customer complaints, including completing necessary paperwork and follow-ups
Perform other duties as assigned by the Aftersales, Training, and Quality Manager
Requirements
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication
Maltese communication is a must
Education and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the Training and/or Quality department
Ideally proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
