Quality Control Support Specialist

Are you detail-oriented with a strong background in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking Quality Control Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting in the efficient operations of our GMP-compliant laboratory. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the management of QC-related documentation, including CAPAs, change controls, SOPs, deviations, and other compliance-related records.
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and maintained in compliance with GMP and company procedures.
• Driving process improvements related to documentation workflows and ensuring efficient record-keeping practices.
• Overseeing the preparation, review, and revision of QC documentation to align with regulatory and internal standards.
• Coordinating and supporting training activities within the QC team, including onboarding of new recruits and maintaining training records.
• Monitoring and tracking outstanding compliance actions related to QC documentation and investigations, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Acting as a key point of contact for documentation-related queries within the QC team and liaising with other departments as needed.
• Supporting QC planning activities, including coordination of tasks to facilitate smooth lab operations.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree Level 6 or higher, in a relevant field.
• Experience: Extensive experience working in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical QC Laboratory is a must.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Adequate IT skills, with the ability to use laboratory software and excel.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to guide and support laboratory assistants.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Applicant must be in possession of a valid work permit.
