The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Studio Compliance team within the Compliance department as a (Senior) Studio Compliance Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant Live Casino regulations, laws, and industry standards. The (Senior) Studio Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective regulatory compliance programmes across all live studio locations globally. 

The role will largely focus on the regulatory audits of the company’s live studio facilities, evaluating and improving our internal control and risk management processes in the area of the applicable Live Casino regulations. 

This position will report into the Head of Studio Compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Studio Compliance Oversight

• External Audit Management

• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

• Policy Development & Training

• Risk Management

• Lead the preparation and execution of external live studio audits, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation and data.

• Lead and manage compliance initiatives across all live studios to ensure full adherence to applicable gambling regulations, operational standards, and internal policies

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving regulatory live dealer environment requirements within the online gambling industry, applying these changes to internal processes.

• Oversee the implementation and continuous monitoring of compliance controls, processes, and systems across live studio environments.

• Collaborate with the live studio operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day compliance with all local and international regulations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and all year round. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure audit processes align with current standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in compliance a plus).

• 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance management, preferably with live dealer environments. 

• Expertise in regulatory frameworks governing online gambling and live studio operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
