Our client is looking for a Policy Analyst to join their Research team. 

Responsibilities: 

Policy Related:

  • Leading the drafting of documentation, consultant papers and guidelines 
  • Conducting policy analysis to keep up with changes trends 
  • Handling the consultation process 
  • Designing consultation timelines

Research Related:

  • Integrating findings into policy proposals 
  • Assisting the comparative analyses 

Reporting Related:

  • Handling related notes 
  • Supporting the Senior Officer with the day to day running of the department 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role locally, related to policy development
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience in leading consultation process

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Policy, Law, Economics or related
