Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS) is inviting applications for the role of Quality Assurance Manager. This leadership position plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the school’s internal quality assurance systems. The Quality Assurance Manager will report to the School Principal and collaborate closely with the CMBS Board and academic departments to uphold standards and support continuous improvement across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and review of internal quality assurance policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with MFHEA requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
Coordinate internal audits and quality review cycles across academic and administrative functions.
Support academic departments in curriculum review, validation, and programme accreditation processes.
Manage documentation and evidence relating to quality assurance for audits and external review.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulators and awarding bodies, on quality matters.
