Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, our client; a leader in the building services industry in Malta, requires a Project Scheduling and Implementation Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting employees and overseeing that quality and efficiency, as well as safety, is met throughout a wide range of projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Determine and device the department’s strategy
Participate in the managerial meetings
Coordinate, plan, and lead project implementation
Prepare progress reports
Deal with any unexpected issues
Plan and monitor the departments budget for each project
Check employee work schedules and assign duties
Provide a career development plan for employees
Coach and mentor employees
Manage and monitor key performance indicators set for the project schedule and implementation department
Undertake employee appraisals within the department
Take part in the recruitment process
Manage the site activities of all projects
Direct the team in meeting client requirements
Oversee allocation of resources for each project
Monitor and report developments and progress towards deadlines
Monitor budgets throughout the progress of projects
Lead and oversee all needed resources, both staff requirements and materials/tools from start to finish, keeping in mind project budgets
Manage the development of project plans
Send regular project reports to the General Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the Mechanical and Electrical sector
Permission to work within the EU.
