Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, our client; a leader in the building services industry in Malta, requires a Project Scheduling and Implementation Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting employees and overseeing that quality and efficiency, as well as safety, is met throughout a wide range of projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Determine and device the department’s strategy
  • Participate in the managerial meetings
  • Coordinate, plan, and lead project implementation
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Deal with any unexpected issues
  • Plan and monitor the departments budget for each project
  • Check employee work schedules and assign duties
  • Provide a career development plan for employees
  • Coach and mentor employees
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators set for the project schedule and implementation department
  • Undertake employee appraisals within the department
  • Take part in the recruitment process
  • Manage the site activities of all projects
  • Direct the team in meeting client requirements
  • Oversee allocation of resources for each project
  • Monitor and report developments and progress towards deadlines
  • Monitor budgets throughout the progress of projects
  • Lead and oversee all needed resources, both staff requirements and materials/tools from start to finish, keeping in mind project budgets
  • Manage the development of project plans
  • Send regular project reports to the General Manager.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the Mechanical and Electrical sector
  • Permission to work within the EU.
