Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects within the gambling industry, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership:
    • Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution:
    • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate challenges
    • Proactively address issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Budget Management & Reporting:
    • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability
    • Report on project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
    • Document project changes and ensure all modifications are approved by relevant parties.
  • Post-Project Evaluation:
    • Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvement strategies
    • Ensure that completed projects align with industry regulations and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the gambling or online entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience in change management and process optimization.
