Facility Manager (Property)
Our client who operates in the real estate sector, focusing on the acquisition, development, and management of immovable property, is looking for a Facility Manager, reporting directly to the COO and CEO.
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- oversee routine and general maintenance of the properties (13 properties max.)
- conducting site inspections, identifying damages, and addressing maintenance complaints by coordinating with third-party contractors.
- manage condominium contracts with contractors to ensure that works meet the required standards.
- handle requests for quotations, maintain records, and update the company database on completed maintenance.
- coordinate property handovers and assist with tenant lease agreements.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8 hours/day
Requirements- Cat.B Driving license
- At least 3 years of Local Experience in a similar position
- Fluency in both Maltese & English is a must
- Minimum MQF Level 4 or 5 qualification
- Car Allowance Provided
