Head of Business
Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Head of Business to join their client's team on a full-time basis.
About the client:
An exciting role has arisen for a Head of Business with a large main building contractor in Malta. You will be running the daily operations of the business whilst growing sales and driving operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential new stakeholders
- The responsibility for the health and safety of company staff
- Overall leadership and ownership of the company
- Ensuring project delivery (on time and within the budget)
- Making sure the targets you set for your teams are met
- Delegation of work to senior management
- Reporting to the board
- Dealing with contractual obligations and issues in this area that may arise.
Requirements:
- Commercially driven
- 10 years experience in a Senior Manager role
- Results orientated
- MQF Level 6 /7 in Business or related.
