ST Hotels in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Construction Site Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
- Managing all staff on-site
- Supervising construction workers
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Motivating the workforce
- Day to Day problem-solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Working on-site all the time
- Overlooking that all safety precautions are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Building and Construction
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Business Management skills
- Verbal communication skills
- Good initiative and logical thinking skills.
