Production Manager (3-Shift)

A job vacancy for Production Manager (3 Shift) is available within the Manufacturing industry. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that quality requirements are met and understood accordingly
• Driving continuous improvement against safety, productivity and quality metrics
• Managing budgets and resourcing 
• Delegating administrative tasks as necessary to area leaders and operators
• Establishing output requirements in line with targets set by the Senior Production Manager
• The role is on 3 Shift Basis ( Morning, Afternoon & Night Shift )

Education and Experience

• Minimum of  3 years of experience in a production environment 
• Advanced level of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Preferably in possession of a Technical Diploma

Skills

• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
• Good communication in both Maltese and English 
• Be able to work well in a team

The role of Shift Production Manager is with an international manufacturing company based in Malta. International travel is expected in this role.
