Factory Manager

Within the job of a Factory Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Manufacturing and liaising with other internal stake holders. while ensuring a smooth daily operation within the production site, providing support to the team and ensuring continuous improvements  where needed.  Main duties found here under:

• Create an efficient and lean operation by planning, organising, directing and executing the daily operation in line with company policy
• Assess capacity while ensuring costs are kept to a minimum
• Establishing all shift production schedules in coordination with plant activities
• Prepare, analyse and issue periodic production and performance reports
• Ensure all records are maintained correctly
• Ensure an effective inventory of raw materials, packaging material and finished products is kept
• Completing client orders on time at the expected standards - ISO standards, HACCP and HSE guidelines
• Lead focus improvement activities
• People management - guide and motivate the employees at all time as well as ensure the right training and development is being provide
