Water Clerk

CMA CGM Malta is looking to recruit a Water Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis in the Operations Division department. CMA CGM, Malta – a joint venture between CMA-CGM Group and Hili Logistics, is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high-quality transport of their cargo.

 Role Summary:
The Water Clerk will provide general husbandry of the vessel and the crew members whilst keeping the Owner/Charterer informed of the vessel’s occurrence and performance.

Reporting to the Agency Operations Manager and working on a shift basis, the chosen candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the vessel’s call. This role is the link between the vessel and her charterers, owners, suppliers and all authorities for the smooth organization of the vessel’s requirements throughout her call.

Requirements: 

An experienced maritime professional, a representative of a forward-looking Company who can interact well with all stakeholders and is ready to work night shifts;

A team player who is able to work on own initiative and multi-task;

Possess a valid driving licence and fluency in English is essential .
