Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

We’re currently seeking a Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and schedule periodic servicing, inspections, and certifications of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are kept in excellent working condition and meet company standards.
• Coordinate with parts suppliers and external repairers for maintenance and repairs.
• Support operational teams by ensuring equipment readiness for daily use.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in vehicles and an eye for both mechanical and aesthetic detail.
• Previous experience in fleet management or maintenance coordination will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude.
• In possession of (or willing to obtain) a Category C driving licence.
