Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Roster Keeper (Maltese Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

This fast-paced role is the key point of contact for the employees. 

To provide timely and accurate rostering services for our clients with an employee base of over 500 individuals. This role aims to ensure the efficient and effective deployment of resources on the different tasks within the same entity, to achieve the required staffing levels in line with the client's expectations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the roster templates for various tasks by issuing daily and 2-week rosters as well as manage shift replacements on a daily basis 
  • Ensure that individuals are rostered in a way allowing for rest periods between shifts in line with legislation 
  • Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries with regard to their rosters 
  • Process annual leave requests 
  • Maintain regular contact with the individual coordinating the tasks to get an indication of the staff required for each job type 
  • Populate pay sheets required for payroll processing 
  • Report to appropriate parties and communicates recommendations and actions to key stakeholders 
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required 
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time. 


Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of the Maltese language is essential 
  • Well-versed with Microsoft tools, particularly MS Excel 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to discuss and resolve problems with other members of the team 
  • Team contributor with the ability to share workload responsibility and collaborate with others 
  • Strong organisational skills as well as a high degree of attention to detail 
  • Highly developed inputting skills 
  • Negotiation skills.
