Project Manager - Buliding Services

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the planning and management of labour and material, including budgets, project deadlines and Client relations.

Responsibilities

• To liaise with the design office in terms of scheduling drawings, orders and labour hours
• Control project budgets
• Monitoring and control of the programme of works
• Plan and delegate work in accordance with the programme agreed with the client.
•  In liaison with the project team, plan the delivery of material, tools and plant in accordance with the required schedule
• Liaise with client/s on a regular basis.
• Attend progress meetings internally and with client/s as required.
• Prepare progress reports & other reports as directed by management for review.
• Manage and motivate the project team.
• Monitor and control overall work on the project, including variations and additional works requested by project consultant/s and client/s
  
  Requirements
• Previous experience in Project Management or similar role
• Excellent organisational, planning and management skills
• Currently live in Malta and have a valid driver's license
• Fluent in English and preferably Maltese
