Crewing Coordinator

Our client who specializes in the shipping industry is looking for a Crewing Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Organizing crew changes and making the necessary travel arrangements
• Applying for the seafarers' documents with the flag authorities
• Issuing employment contracts for the seafarers
•  Handling the payroll of the seafarers
• Taking part in an on-call rota system for any after-hours emergencies (approximately 10weeks/year) - PAID
•  Being the first point of contact for the Captain of your ships for employment-related queries.

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel

• Crewing experience will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in operations, rostering or similar role

• Flexi hours with the possibility of partial remote working
• Parking
