SECFORCE is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our awesome team in London, Athens, Malta or Italy.

Tasks

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of penetration testing projects, from initial planning to report delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm project plans and help gather security requirements
• Assign tasks to penetration testers and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams, including penetration testers, sales team and management, to ensure seamless project execution and communication throughout
• Liaise with the technical and quality assurance team to finalise security reports and issue them to the clients
• Ensure post-delivery feedback is sought and recorded from all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating projects (in the cybersecurity industry would be a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Computer literacy is a must
