Our client is growing their team and on the lookout for a Process Implementation Specialist to be based here in Malta.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current processes and collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle times.
  • Assist in process improvement projects and problem-solving events to implement long-term solutions.
  • Provide management with project updates, feedback, and reports.
  • Use measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to document process improvements.
  • Develop SOPs, work instructions, process maps, flowcharts, policies, and reports.
  • Ensure efficient processes and systems through audits, data analysis, and recommendations.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience working in a process-driven role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in an HR field or HR projects and processes would be an asset, but not a must-have.
  • Candidate must be already based in Malta.
Education and Experience
  • Degree in either Computer Science, Project Management, Engineer or similar would be ideal.
