Process Implementation Specialist

Our client is growing their team and on the lookout for a Process Implementation Specialist to be based here in Malta.
Your main responsibilities:
- Evaluate current processes and collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle times.
- Assist in process improvement projects and problem-solving events to implement long-term solutions.
- Provide management with project updates, feedback, and reports.
- Use measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to document process improvements.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, process maps, flowcharts, policies, and reports.
- Ensure efficient processes and systems through audits, data analysis, and recommendations.
- Between 1-3 years of experience working in a process-driven role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in an HR field or HR projects and processes would be an asset, but not a must-have.
- Candidate must be already based in Malta.
- Degree in either Computer Science, Project Management, Engineer or similar would be ideal.
