A well-established financial institution is searching for a Business Process Analyst to join their team. The chose candidate will support the entity's growth strategy and vision, by maintaining a disciplined approach to identifying, designing, and implementing both automated and non-automated business processes.

Responsibilites:

  • Assist in the maintainance of organisation's the process inventory and repository.
  • Conduct maturity assessments examining business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated..
  • Facilitate process workshops and document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
  • Helping the organisation efficiently align its processes with its goals, thus achieving business objectives.
  • Gathering and analysing data to identify trends and patterns in the process.
  • Creating process models, (process maps and flowcharts), to illustrate the flow of activities, inputs, and outputs of the process.
  • Identifying pain points and improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Recommending improvements to the process, such as simplifying steps, reducing cycle time, or improving quality.
  • Monitoring and measuring the performance of the process to ensure that it meets desired objectives.
  • Communicating findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and simplifying complex information as needed.
Requirements
  • Candidates must already be in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Candidates must be assertive, analytical, curious by nature and process-oriented
  • A Team-player while still be able to work independently when required
  • Attention to detail
Education and Experience
  • Degree in Business, Engineering or Mathematics as a minimum
  • 1 year experience in a similar role, or 3 years in a customer support/operational role is a must
  • Candidates with experience in BPMN tools or MS Visio are preferred
