As TrioMed continues to expand, the Company is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a full-time Operations Executive.

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will provide administrative support to various teams, to ensure seamless customer experience. The role will act as the liaison between Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and suppliers, assist with invoicing and reporting tasks, while also handling general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various teams, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth functioning of the Company
  • Organize meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members as required
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company's Products and services, while effectively communicating the features, benefits, and applications of our solutions to clients
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Field Service, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely delivery of services and products
  • Act as the main liaison between Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering parts for medical equipment, maintaining updated records and documentation, and following up on assigned projects
  • Assist the Commercial and Field Service team with the preparation of invoices and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure that inventory levels are regularly updated and that stock is monitored and maintained efficiently
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and any other documentation as required by internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring privacy and security of sensitive data
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Leadership team.

The Candidate must:

  • Have proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a related industry
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Have a valid driving license
  • Be motivated by having a goal-oriented mindset
  • Be positive having a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
