Operations Assistant

Trends Manufacturing Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Operations Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:
Trends, a leading furniture company that specialises in bespoke carpentry, is looking for an Operations Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operational activities, whilst ensuring efficiency and productivity across the organisation, mainly in the production section. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of our product quality and customer satisfaction 
• Assist the production manager in preparing delivery schedules whilst ensuring that all targets are being reached
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of operations activities.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English
• The ability to review and understand 2D/3D design blueprints
• Knowledge in furniture manufacturing will be considered an asset.
